Carrie & Noah | Wedding | Manhattan, KS

I'm so excited to show you this wedding. Carrie & Noah are such a sweet couple and I really enjoyed  photographing their wedding. I love when a bride & groom make photos a priority.Your wedding images are so important because it's all you have left after the wedding is over. Carrie & Noah's wedding was filled with so many special moments. I almost teared up a couple times. Oh, how I love weddings!! It means so much to me that I build a relationship with my bride & grooms. I don't want them to feel like I'm a stranger taking their images. I want to become a friend and I really felt like I did with Noah & Carrie. I told Carrie I was going to be a "photo ninja" and hopefully she wouldn't even notice I was around taking pictures.  I've taken Noah & Carrie's photos twice before their wedding day and felt like they were pros in front of the camera. I have been looking forward to their wedding for over a year and it was so hard to believe that their wedding day was actually here! I think I get almost as excited as the bride does ( well maybe not quite.. but close!)

Carrie & Noah remind me of my husband & I because they're high school sweethearts, too. You can see how much they love each other by just looking at their glowing smiles. Their families were so sweet and I had a great time getting to know them. Photographing a wedding is such an amazing and heartfelt experience. It's so wonderful to know that my images will be the images they hang on their walls and look at when they at celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. I always feel SO honored when people choose me to photograph their wedding day. It makes the long day on your feet with heavy equipment and the hours of editing afterwards so worth it. I get giddy with excitement when I leave because I can't wait to look at their images. Although, at Carrie & Noah's wedding I couldn't wait the two hour drive home. I had to upload an image to facebook before traveling back. I love even more when I get to hear back from my clients about their images. I hope you enjoy their amazing wedding images. I wish Carrie & Noah a life fill with lots of love & laughter. !

Lots of love,
 Joee

Exciting Announcement | 2013

I’m so excited to finally be able to tell everyone my big news! J Most people know I’m horrible at keeping secrets, especially when they’re super exciting. I have been busting at the seams to tell everyone but I wanted to do it in an official and organized manner. Anyways, I’ve kept you in suspense long enough. The big new is………

Moments of Grace Photography is going FULL TIME starting September 1!!!!!! EEEK!!!

I will be serving the areas of Wichita and South East, Kansas. I’ve had several different
emotions running through me, as I’ve been trying to make the decision on whether to take this big leap. I’ve felt nervous, scared, anxious but most of all EXCITED!! I know some people might have thought I was crazy when I told them (like I said, I’m horrible at keeping secrets.) J I’m pretty sure my husband was one of them, however; he’s an amazing and supportive man. He makes me think things through and helps me stay somewhat level headed.

I have dreamed of being a photographer since I was a little girl, I remember telling people that’s what I wanted to be when I grew up. Nevertheless, someone must have told me that it wasn’t a very “practical” dream. Fast forward to today and I’m making that dream come true.  I feel empowered and ready to see what God has in store for me. No matter what I’m photographing, it’s all because of God’s loving hand and I want to document this for everyone to enjoy. I personally know the importance of capturing those special moments with your loved ones, having lost my mother at a young age the pictures of my mother are the only things I really have left of her besides my memories which sadly fade over time.

I've lost more than a little sleep lately thinking about what to write in order to give you an insight to my decision to go full time. It may be slightly crazy and I know that the journey ahead of me is going to be a long and tough one, but I also know that it will be worth it! Although I am fully prepared to put in the time and energy necessary to make this transition a success, I cannot do this alone. Above all I will rely on God’s guidance and grace as I move forward with my photography career, but I will also need you guys to help me through this journey. You can help by lifting me up in your prayers, referring Moments of Grace to your friends, or sending me words of encouragement. I’m abundantly thankful for all those in my life that are supporting and encouraging me to purse my dream. Thank you to those that have challenged me to be a better photographer and friend. My number one goal for Moments of Grace is to glorify God in any way I can.  That can range from capturing the special moments of a bride & groom confessing their vows to each other or a mother & father’s loving arms around their beloved children. It could even be as simple as photographing the smile of a rambunctious toddler. I’m excited to discover new friendships with future clients and strengthening the bonds I have with those I have already photographed. I look forward to sharing laughs, smiles and even tears together. J I can’t express in words how grateful I am for all the amazing people God has placed in my life and will continue to introduce me to.
Thanks again for reading this long and emotional post.
In God’s Love,

 Joee Seibel

Anastasia | Newborn | South East, KS

I'm thrilled to show you these adorable newborn photos. Don't you love a name like Anastasia? Her mom calls her Annie for short. I love it. Little Annie didn't want to sleep during her newborn session but we made the best of it.  When we finally got her to sleep for a couple minutes, they turned out to be my favorite photos.  Her big sister was so excited to be able to hold her but not so much to take family pictures. In the end, we got her to smile for a family photo!! YAY.. ( Joee does a happy dance.) This families so sweet and I'm so thankful I get to capture their special family moments. I have a feeling Maggie & I are going to come great friends. :) Stay tuned for Maggie's 2 year pictures in September. They're going to be adorable! Have a great evening!! Thanks for stopping by.

lots of love,
 Joee
